Although the error "Technician: [Name] is missing required field: Work Schedule" is logged, their schedule is returned as part of crew and the assignment happens to the crew. Resolution Crew should be configured such a way, it has certain group of members based on the requirement like - they have certain parts / skills. Even now the technicians are included in the batch run, as they have a valid schedule as part of the crew. Once they have realistic set of members and reasonable number of crews, other agents would be sent as part of regular agent schedule and the error logs would not be seen. https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/field-service-management/workforce-optimization-for-field-service/configuring-crew-operations.html https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/xanadu/field-service-management/workforce-optimization-for-field-service/configuring-crew-operations.html
