Navigate to the "Change Models" module 2. Open the "Normal" Change Model 2. Set “Assignment group” to "Application Development" in the "Record preset" field, and save 3. Navigate to the Change Request form in Core UI, switch to the "SOW-Overview-Change" form view 4. Right-click the form header and Configure > Form Layout 5. Confirm “Assignment group” and “Assigned to" fields are in the "Summary" form section, otherwise add them and save 6. Go to Service Operations Workspace, Changes list, click New 7. Click Normal card, click Continue 8. On the new Change form, Application Development is pre-populated 9. Search the "Assigned to" field to list available users. The list is not filtered to the Application Development group. 10. In order to get the expected list, clear the Assignment Group and click away. Then select the previously filled group ("Application Development”).
