Step 3 – Clear the role cache Ask affected users to log out and log in so the role cache is refreshed. Alternatively, use Impersonate in the admin console to verify the effective role set without requiring a user-facing re-login. Step 4 – Validate Have a user in the group create a change record, add a Description and Short Description, and save.
