Admin resets user preferences: Navigate to sys_user_preference.list, filter records where Name starts with 'columns' and contains the Planning Items table name, and delete existing user preference records to revert users to the system default on their next login. 2. Users reset their own view: Affected users can manually reset their list by right-clicking any column header and selecting 'Reset to default' to refresh their view to the current system default, which includes the new column.
