Event Queue Backlog Resulting in Delayed or Failed Email Notifications, Text Indexing, and Flow Processing due to memory pressure on nodes because of high memory for cache.DescriptionCustomers may observe delays or complete failures in email sending/receiving, approval email triggers, text indexing, and Flow Designer event execution. The root cause is a growing backlog in the System Event Queue, which can be exacerbated by Out of Memory (OOM) conditions on the Notification Provider Event Handler node, particularly involving the com.glide.cs.qlue.module.coma.MessageBatchingSession cache. Affected instances may also show Default Semaphore impact and degraded node performance. This article describes the symptoms, diagnosis steps, and resolution options including node restarts and configuration guidance.Steps to Reproduce 1. Run a heap dump and observe MacMessageBatchingSession or MessageBatchingSession using >50MB memory.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. If an upgrade is possible, please refer to the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix that the instance can be upgraded to.Related Problem: PRB2007255
