Specifically: When navigating to an Application Service record and selecting the “Parent Application Service” tab in the Set Relationships section, expected Service Instances do not appear in the Available list.Searching for known Service Instances returns no results.This happens with specific Service Instances only. The limit is controlled by the system property: glide.cmdb.csdm.app_service.relationship_count_limit Default value: 10,000In the affected instance: The total number of Application Services exceeds this limit (e.g.12,900).Service Instances beyond the first 10,000 records are excluded from the list. This behavior is intentional to prevent performance degradation when loading large datasets. Steps: Navigate to System Properties: Enter sys_properties.list in the filter navigator. Create or update the property: Name: glide.cmdb.csdm.app_service.relationship_count_limitValue: 13000 (or a value slightly above the total number of Application Services) Save the property. Navigate back to the Application Service record. Open the Set Relationships section → Parent Application Service tab. Verify that the expected Service Instances now appear in the list. Important Notes Increasing this limit allows more CIs to be displayed but may impact performance if set too high.It is recommended to: Set the value only as high as necessary.Monitor instance performance after the change. The value can be adjusted later if the number of Application Services continues to grow.
