Confirm there are 2 "sys_ux_lib_asset" records.3. Open both the records, and confirm there are attachments. 4. on the List view > Export XML of the 2 "sys_ux_lib_asset" records.5. Go to affected instances:https://<affected_instance_name>.service-now.com/sys_ux_lib_asset_list.do?sysparm_query=nameSTARTSWITHais-ux-bundle%2Findex&sysparm_view&sysparm_clear_stack=true6.
