Locate the VMware virtual machine hosts that are being imported into ServiceNow via the SGO-Dynatrace connector. 3. Ensure the 'CloudType' attribute is populated with an appropriate value for each VMware virtual machine. 4. After updating the 'CloudType' attribute in Dynatrace, trigger a full import of the SGO-Dynatrace connector in ServiceNow. 5. After the import completes, verify that the affected VMware virtual machine CIs in the CMDB now show **Is Virtual = true**. **Note:** If populating 'CloudType' in Dynatrace isn't feasible, use an IRE reconciliation rule or transform map override to set 'Is Virtual' from an alternative source. Modifications to default settings are customizations outside our support scope. Consult your implementation partner before altering OOB connector logic.
