With the "com.sn_apm" plugin installed, there is an OOB group called "Enterprise Architect Group". If this group is deleted and a new custom group with the same name is created, it can cause issues. As an admin user, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:1. Navigate to the "sys_user_group_list.do" (User Group) table 2. Search for the custom group record3. Delete this custom created record 4. Navigate to "sys_metadata_list.do" and also delete the same record from there as well 5. Sort Descending by on the Created field and it should the first record 6. Select and delete the record 7. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins 8. Search for the "com.sn_apm" (Enterprise Architect) family plugin 9. Perform the "Repair" operation and wait for the repair to complete10. Navigate to the "sys_user_group_list.do" (User Group) table 11. Search by Name for "Enterprise Architect Group" record 12. Open the record 13. Make any desired customization like adding specific users and roles to that group 14. Save the record 15. Login or Impersonate as desired user containing necessary roles 16. Open Enterprise Architecture Workspace and navigate to Technology Portfolio from Left Navigation menu 17. Verify "Create TRM Product" and "Create TRM Product Lifecycle" is visible under the dropdown menu on top-right corner
