Step 1: Identify a valid image

Navigate to the Attachment (sys_attachment) table Locate an image record to be used as the default icon Copy the sys_id of that image Step 2: Update system property Navigate to system property: sn_me.default.topic.icon Set its value to the sys_id of the valid image (from Step 1) Step 3: Clear cache Perform a cache clear on the instance Step 4: Refresh mobile session Ask users to: Log out and log back in After completing these steps, topics without explicitly configured icons will display the default icon.
