It currently works on the older version still. Steps to reproduce include opening an HR case, selecting summarize, and receiving an error message stating the summarization skill cannot access the HR case. Critical error messages include 'Summarization could not be completed because access to the base table HR Case was unsuccessful'. The roles defined in base system may not be the same as the admins roles, thus the admin can view records that the skill agent access is not able to as it can only inherit roles defined in the Role Restrictions. To validate if this is a role inheritance issue, temporarily turn on the 'Allow all session roles' toggle on the agent access role record in a non-production instance (requires security_admin permissions): sys_agent_access_role_configuration 2. If the summarizer is able to run on the base table with this enabled then one or multiple of the roles the admin or user has who is viewing the HR record is required for the agent access to be allowed. 3. Test with adding the roles the user who is attempting to run the summarizer added to the agent access role configurations to determine which may be required to view the relevant HR record.
