Steps to Resolve 1. A product defect (PRB2026515) has been raised to address the issue. 2. A workaround is available by using the attached update set to temporarily unblock the issue. 3. The update set has been verified on the instance: goldendev. 4. Review the information supplied and update the case with any comments or questions. 5. If satisfied with the workaround, accept the solution to close the case.

If colors still do not display as expected after applying the update set, verify the following:

Open Portfolio Plan Configuration and confirm that the status field is registered as a colorable field. Color mappings only apply to fields declared as colorable. If custom color values are required, open the ItemMetadataAPI script include and update the getColorMap function. This function returns a JSON object that maps each status value to a supported color name.
