Go to System Definition → Application Menus → Knowledge → Modules → Homepage.2. Change the Link Type to URL and set the argument to: "/sp?id=kb_home".3. Apply the system property fix: set sn_km_portal.glide.knowman.serviceportal.enable_redirect to true.4. Once this update is complete, flush the cache to apply the changes.
