However, the Vendor Portal now routes to the newer Smart Assessment Engine detail page (/svdp?id=svdp_sae_detail), which was introduced as part of the Smart Assessment Engine feature. The guided tour framework does not support navigation to this newer page, causing it to interpret the navigation as leaving the application and fire the abandonment event. This is a known limitation — guided tours are not supported on new Service Portal pages introduced after the original tour configuration was shipped, and this functionality is expected to be deprecated.
