Go to an incident record. 2. Sent out an email to an email address that is not any of the users' email in the system. 3. Open the record on workspace. 4. Do a @mention, the email in step 2 show up. This can only be seen in Workspace. If the call sent out an email and changed the email address in the sys_user to another one, it looks like an extra user is added to the list. This can be removed by setting the email sent to the previous address to sent-ready.
