Go to Portfolio Plan Configuration [sn_align_ws_roadmap_configuration].Select the source table based on your use case: [sn_align_core_project] — use this table if you filter by Project only.[sn_align_core_planning_item] — use this table if you filter by multiple types, such as Project and Demand. Change the Start date field from Approved start date to Planned start date.Change the End date field from Approved end date to Planned end date.Select Save. To verify the change, go to the Strategic Planning Workspace and open your portfolio plan. The Planning Roadmap timeline now reflects planned dates instead of approved dates. Note: The source table you select in step 2 determines which filter options reflect the planned dates in the portfolio plan's Add Filters menu. If you update [sn_align_core_project], the change applies only when Project is selected. If you need planned dates to apply across multiple types, update [sn_align_core_planning_item] instead.
