When glide.sys.date_format or glide.sys.time_format system properties are customized from OOB values, the method misreads the year input, resulting in period names being incremented by one year.

Additionally, fiscal periods are generated relative to the logged-in user's timezone. If the timezone at generation time differs from the timezone used in prior generations, naming inconsistencies can occur.
