If the "Issue group rule" field is populated on the associated Control Objective, you may see two issues: a parent and a child, due to the "Auto group issue based on rule" Business Rule.In sn_grc.IssueUtilsBase script include, _generateIssue method is creating the issue. _updateOrCreateControlTestIssue method is parent method. This behaviour is triggered by an OOB BR named Update item when assessment complete.
