Its responsible to add the comment on from approval record to change record, if approval is triggered using Flow it works, But this does not work if group approval is triggered using workflow and as part of the requirement we need to copy the rejection comments from approval record on the main change. If the customer wants to have the approval comments for the group member's approval update with legacy workflow.
