The original implementation was designed with the assumption that only one relationship type would exist between the same pair of Accounts, primarily for partner-customer relationship scenarios. The current logic for creating reverse Account Relationships was originally implemented with the assumption that only a single relationship type would exist between the same pair of accounts, primarily for partner-customer relationship scenarios. As a workaround, customer can modify the business rule script to include relationship_type in the oldRec query. This will enable the business rule to work based on 3 parameters from_company, to_company and relationship_type. Note:Any modification to out-of-box logic should be tested appropriately before implementation in production environments.
