If the user is inactive, event processing scripts cannot run, even if OAuth token validation succeeds.Verify the integration. No password information is shared with or used by Azure Monitor. The user account exists only to provide an internal execution context for ServiceNow. Note: No credentials are transmitted to Azure Monitor at any point. The username and password are used solely to maintain a valid ServiceNow user session for internal event processing.
