Out of the box, the Blocked check box is available, but the user would like to also associate the record which is actually blocking the Feature or Epic. The current configuration does not support a dependency between Features out of the box, as the 'm2m_story_dependencies' table with Dependent Story and Prerequisite Story fields is used for Stories, not Features.
