Check Portal EVAM for the record: - Correct View Template is associated. - Correct Declarative Action is associated. 2. Check the Portal Search Source: bring the AI Search Result Action Configurations related list. There should be a record for the Search Source, the Declarative Action and the redirect portal page. ********IMPORTANT******** If the Enhanced chat is enabled on the portal, the portal will use the same Search profile as NAVA. If we configured a customized Search Profile for NAVA, the above steps 2 needs to be configured for NAVA search profile.
