Log into the instance2. Check for the custom themes on the instance (or) change the theme to Default Polaris theme > Preferences3. Remove the sys property glide.ui.polaris.theme.custom by navigating to sys_properties.do?sys_id=1bec254187036990f38c64673cbb35804. Confirm the horizontal scroll bars no longer appear. Note: Vertical scroll bars are expected for users to scroll within the NAP window.
