The dashboard flags them because they can limit the data available to AI search — this is expected behavior, not an error. Effort values Effort values indicate the estimated number of days to review a finding. For example, an effort value of 6 means the group restrictions are estimated to take 6 days to review. Removing group restrictions reduces the effort value to 0. Dashboard percentage scores Dashboard percentages reflect two dimensions: Question categorization — findings are grouped into categories such as Data Readiness and Configuration Needed.Overall readiness — the percentage is calculated based on completed effort relative to total estimated effort. Now Assist warnings and errors Warnings and errors for Now Assist are identified directly in the Workspace, not on the readiness evaluation dashboard.
