Option 1: Update the Record preset in the DevOps Simplified change model Navigate to DevOps > Change Models.Select DevOps Simplified.Review Record Presets condition.Locate the condition type=normal^EQ and update it to match the change type you want to support (for example, type=standard^EQ for Standard changes).Save the record.Verify that the expected templates now appear in the Template drop-down list for the relevant pipeline step. Note: Modifying the default change model affects all pipeline steps that reference it. Review the impact before making changes in a production instance. Option 2: Create a new change model based on the DevOps Simplified model Navigate to DevOps > Change Models.Open DevOps Simplified.Create a copy of the record (use insert and stay on the record page).Give the new change model a descriptive name.Update the Record Preset condition to match the change type required for your use case.Save the record.Assign the new change model to the relevant pipeline steps.Verify that the expected templates appear in the Template drop-down list. Note: Creating a separate change model is the recommended approach when you need to support multiple change types across different pipelines without affecting the default configuration.
