This change applies instance-wide and affects all Service Portal records where an AI agent has posted a work note. Navigate to System UI > Messages ([sys_ui_message] table).Click New.In the Key field, enter exactly: {0} represented by {1}Set the Language field to match the language your instance is configured for (for example, en for English).In the Message field, enter the preferred label text. The placeholders {0} and {1} can be used to include the AI agent name and the system user name respectively, or they can be omitted for a simpler label. For example: {0} displays only the agent name, such as "AI HR Agent"{0} (automated) displays "AI HR Agent (automated)"{1} displays only the system user, such as "AI" Save the record. The updated label takes effect immediately without requiring a restart. Note: A future platform upgrade may introduce an out-of-the-box message record with the same key. If the label reverts after an upgrade, re-creating this record will restore the customisation.
