During normal scheduled import operations, the system property sn_aws_integ.eks_document_processing_time introduces a configurable delay to account for this timing gap. This safeguard is not applied during manual diagnostic runs, making the error more likely to appear in that context. Currently, no setting is available to add a delay to diagnostic tool runs.

Increase the value to allow additional processing time for the S3 file to be created before the import attempts to read it. Note: If HTTP 404 errors are consistently occurring during scheduled imports — not only during diagnostic runs — engage ServiceNow Support for further investigation.
