The announcement appears correctly, but clicking it does not redirect you to the linked page. This issue affects announcements displayed in the Grid View (Tile mode) of the Service Operations Workspace home page. Announcements viewed in List View may still display the URL correctly. An additional intermittent behavior has been observed: if the announcement is opened in a separate browser tab, the links begin working temporarily. However, after closing that tab and refreshing the page, the links stop working again. The payload incorrectly passes url={{navigate_url}} instead of url={{link_url}}, which prevents the announcement card from resolving the configured URL and executing the redirect. As a temporary measure: Use the List View for announcements instead of the Tile (Grid) View, where links display and function correctly. Note: A previously suggested workaround of setting the system property glide.uxf.doc.ext.enabled to false may not resolve the issue in all environments. If you try this approach and the issue persists, revert the property and use List View instead. Fix: This issue is resolved in Service Operations Workspace Bundle v9.2 (scheduled for release on 2026-06-11). Upgrade to Service Operations Workspace Bundle v9.2 or later to permanently resolve this issue.
