"Any User" User Criteria No Longer Grants Read Access to Unauthenticated Users in Knowledge Base After Upgrade to AustraliaIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } After upgrading to Australia, Knowledge Base articles that were previously accessible to unauthenticated (Guest) users via the Service Portal are no longer visible, even when the "Any User" or "Any user for KB" User Criteria is configured in the Can Read list of the Knowledge Base. Reproduced Steps: Upgrade to Australia.Ensure glide.knowman.block_access_with_no_user_criteria is set to true.Configure a Knowledge Base with "Any User" in the Can Read list (no roles configured on the User Criteria).Set the relevant Service Portal pages (e.g., kb_home, kb_article_view) to Public.Access the Knowledge Base from a browser in incognito mode (unauthenticated). The Knowledge Base articles are not visible to unauthenticated users. Starting from Australia, this behavior was changed to improve platform security. This grants read access to unauthenticated users. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Administration > Knowledge Bases.Open the Knowledge Base record. In the Can Read related list, click New and add the "Guest User" User Criteria.
