Steps to apply the fix: Method 1 - Classic UI related list: In the classic Now Platform UI, open the Privacy Task record directly using the URL: /sn_privacy_privacy_task.do?sys_id=<sys_id>Right-click the form header and select Configure > Related Lists.From the Available column, move the Assessment Instance related list (the one referencing back to the Privacy Task) into the Selected column and click Save.Scroll to the newly added Assessment Instance related list on the form and click New.Populate the Assessment Template and any required fields, ensuring the Source or Document reference points to the current Privacy Task record, then click Submit. Method 2 - Direct list insert: In the application navigator, type sn_smart_asmt_instance.list and press Enter to open the Smart Assessment Instance list.Click New.Set the Source Table to sn_privacy_privacy_task and the Source to the affected Privacy Task record.Select the appropriate Assessment Template and populate any remaining required fields.Click Submit.
