Delta Load is similar in concept to Azure Change Processing because it helps identify and process changed Azure data. However, ServiceNow Azure Discovery and Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure are different products, so Delta Load should not be treated as an exact one-to-one replacement for Azure Change Processing. The delta sync frequency can be adjusted through the scheduled import configuration. No custom development is required. To update the frequency: Navigate to Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure > Scheduled Imports.Open the parent scheduled import job, such as SG-Azure-Subscriptions.Ensure Run is set to Periodically.Update the Repeat Interval as required. For hourly sync, set it to:01:00:00Save the scheduled import job. Before increasing the frequency, review the current job completion time and confirm that more frequent polling will not exceed Azure API rate limits. If a sync run takes close to or longer than the planned interval, overlapping executions may occur. Test the change in a sub-production environment first and monitor the next scheduled runs.
