After clicking on a space board, the screen remains stuck on "One moment while we load your view..." indefinitely. The issue may begin or worsen after a platform upgrade (for example, to Zurich Patch 8) and affects all users, not just one.

When the system tries to build the board view, it encounters this mismatch and fails to render.

This can happen when:

A task is reassigned to a different group, causing the platform to create a new task entry linked to a different board instead of updating the existing one. Data becomes inconsistent over time due to historical operations or platform upgrades that enforce stricter object reference validation (Zurich and later versions use ES12 mode, which throws an immediate exception on undefined properties rather than silently skipping them). Certain sn_cwm_task records in the QA instance having a board value that differs from the associated sprint's board value. You can find all such records here:

In short: the board on the task record and the board on the task's sprint must always match. When they do not, the board view cannot be generated and the page loops indefinitely.

It finds all task records where the board value does not match the board value of the associated sprint, and corrects them automatically.

Steps:

Navigate to System Definition > Scripts - Background. Paste the script below into the script field. Click Run Script. Refresh the CWM board. It should now load successfully.

Before running the script, you can check how many misaligned records exist by navigating to the task list view and filtering where "Sprint's Board" is not the same as "Board". The gs.info line at the start of the script also prints the count to the system log.

Note: This script corrects existing misaligned data. The underlying behavior that causes tasks to become misaligned (for example, creating a new task entry when an assignment group is changed) is a separate platform behavior that should be tracked as a distinct investigation
