Go to System Logs >> Transactions. Add 'Type', 'Referer' and 'User Agent' columns from the gear icon to personalize list. To find External API calls, add filter as 'Type' as 'rest' and 'Referer' column as empty. Referer column should be empty for external API calls. Now the results might have some calls done from MID - server as well so filter out 'User Agent' value for which corresponding 'URL' columns contains value starting with '/api/mid'. The results in the list after applying above filters shows logs from external API. Note : Please filter out transaction which you could identify are from mid server.
