Once a check definition is assigned to an existing Remedial Action, it is excluded from the selection list when creating a new Remedial Action. This constraint is by design to prevent duplicate or conflicting remediation logic for the same check. Navigate to DEX Administration > Remedial Action Configurations to locate and review it. Option 2 – Create a new check definition If the existing Remedial Action does not meet the required behavior, a new check definition must be created and assigned to the new Remedial Action. The existing check definition cannot be reused across multiple Remedial Actions.
