The script only processes records that have a corresponding sn_invst_pln_invst_investment record. Any active project or demand that does not have an associated Investment record is completely skipped and does not generate a baseline record. 2. The active filter on the Investment, not the Project/Demand A project or demand could be active while its linked investment record has active = false. Those would be excluded. When baselines are not being created, it's important to examine the affected Projects and Demands that are missing these baselines. Check to see if there are corresponding investment records for these items. If investment records are absent, the scheduled job will not generate a baseline for them.
