For existing customers who upgraded to Zurich, the upgrade engine intentionally does not overwrite the existing KB Portal theme configuration to preserve customer customizations.As a result, instances that were upgraded retain their pre-Zurich theme (e.g., La Jolla), even though the sn_sppolaris_theme application and the 'Customer Experience Coral Theme' record are present in the instance. To do so: Navigate to Service Portal > Portals.Open the Service Portal – Knowledge Portal record.In the Theme field, change the value to 'Customer Experience Coral Theme'.Save the record.Clear the browser cache and reload the Knowledge Home page (/sp?id=kb_home) to verify the updated interface.
