Login as maint user ( Only ServiceNow employe have) 2. Switch the application scope to 'Now Assist AI Agents' to ensure proper permissions. 3. Reload the form and attempt to edit the 'Run as' field. 4. Approve updates to the 'Run As' field and adjust job parameters (e.g., Relative start time) as needed.
