Why the number of tasks doesn't match?> The count comes from reconcile_duplicate_task_data while the task list comes from reconcile_duplicate_task — two different tables. The reconcile_duplicate_task_data table stores deduplication task metadata broken down by key-value pairs (where category=class indicates which CI classes have duplicate tasks). This table was introduced in Vancouver, so tasks created before that release won't have entries in reconcile_duplicate_task_data, causing the count to be lower than the actual task list.2. Why is the filter applied on the Short description?> The reconcile_duplicate_task table is a task table, and for a selected class, the class information is only stored in the short description field (e.g., "Duplicate records found in <class_name>"). A contains filter is used to find tasks for a specific class.3.
