The Risk Workspace does not correctly render group-based approval records in the approvals panel, whereas the Native UI resolves and displays them as expected. The issue stems from how the workspace approval component queries and filters approval records, which does not account for group membership in the same way the Native UI does. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins and search for GRC: Common Workspace Elements.Check the currently installed version.If the version is earlier than 21.0.4, upgrade the plugin to the latest available version.After upgrading, verify that group approvals are now visible in the Risk Workspace for affected users. Note: Test the plugin upgrade on a non-production instance before applying to production.
