The system appears to apply a filter, retrieving data from the previous year instead. The issue can be reproduced by: 1. Opening the Portfolio Planning Workspace2. Navigating to the Executive Dashboard tab3. Select any available Portfolio and Date Range This year.4. Observe that the Planned Costs KPI, once clicked, displays last year instead of the current year. This is being worked through PRB1928920, and a workaround is available.
