Trying to delete the account and have it imported again is not working as no change is seen. Editing the contact or profile to correct first name, changes them back a few minutes later. For example User account (sys_user) shows up as "fred.luddy@servicenow.com". as the first name. Editing contact to correct first name: Fred, just changes back a few minutes later. issue occurred for the first 3 to 5 accounts imported, all recent accounts look correct with First and Last name.
