Expectation: Condition should only become true on 30 days only. However, the condition is satisfying twice for 30 days and 31 days, as well.

When the stored field has no time component, a single valid_to value can sit inside both the Day 1 and Day 2 windows depending on the scheduled run time relative to midnight UTC.

The system evaluates "relative after 29 days ahead" as valid_to > (now + 29 days) and "relative before 31 days ahead" as valid_to Any record with a valid_to exactly 30 days from the flow's run time (in UTC) falls in that window, but so does a record whose valid_to is 30 days and a few hours away - which, when the flow runs again the next day, is still > 29 days ahead and < 31 days ahead.
