When an integration is created via the Integration Launchpad, a corresponding instance record is stored in the [sn_itom_integ_app_instance_details] table. The Installed Integrations tab is populated using this instance table. Deleting the Connector Instances [em_connector_instance] directly from the table will not remove the associated record from the [sn_itom_integ_app_instance_details] table, resulting the records persisting within the Workspace. Navigate to Service Operations Workspace > Integrations Launchpad > Installed. Select the Integration you wish to delete, and using the 3-dot menu select 'Delete'.This will remove the required records, including the associated [sn_itom_integ_app_instance_details] entry.
