It's essentially a device-level trust handshake that sits in the Pre-Authentication stage, meaning it evaluates before credentials are processed. To enable it, create the system property glide.authenticate.preauth.allow.trusted.device and set the value to true. Note: When the glide.authenticate.preauth.allow.trusted.device property is set to true, all users logging into the Now Mobile app will be prompted with a one-time device registration step on their first login, to register their device as a trusted device. Steps to register are given here. From there, customer can use this Trusted Device registration to implement preferred Adaptive Authentication setup. To do so, there will be a policy input named "Trusted Mobile App" field.
