If they are not, add the appropriate roles and save the record. 2. Repeat the same check for the field-level ACL query_range on sn_employee_profile.user.name. Confirm that the same non-admin roles are included here as well — this ACL specifically controls whether a user can perform range-based lookups on the user.name field, which drives Org Chart search results. 3. After saving both ACL records, impersonate a non-admin user and navigate to the Org Chart page in Employee Center to confirm names, titles, and avatars render correctly and search returns valid results. 4. If the correct roles are already present but the issue persists, flush the ACL cache by navigating to System Cache > Cache Flusher and running a cache flush, then retest.
