Version 1.19 seems to have addressed some of this by introducing the property: sn_sm_scoped_app.svc_by_tags.max_candidates_per_family This property has a default value of 200 maximum services per family. Update the Service Mapping Plus to 1.19 or eventually after this version, to the latest version. 2. If you have existing candidates, you may want to map them first. If you delete them from the svc_by_tags_candidates table, they will just come back and they need to be mapped before you can get the candidates that are further down the list in cmdb_key_value 3. You can increase the value of sn_sm_scoped_app.svc_by_tags.max_candidates_per_family to a larger number than the default of 200, but keep in mind that the default number is there for a reason and you should only set a higher number when you are refreshing the candidates manually. After doing this you will see more candidates and you can search for them in the pop up. Make sure to set it back when you are not adding candidates. ***It is always best practice to map these services as soon as you can, identify if some tags are creating a service that you do not want and potentially come up with a way to remove them from cmdb_Key_value if they are not desired.
