In the OOB instance, clicking the Add button under Release Scope → Incidents successfully opens a new page/modal allowing the user to select an Incident and add it to the Release. This confirms the expected standard behavior. In the affected instance, clicking the Add button results in no visible action. Further analysis using browser developer tools shows a client‑side error logged at the time of the click: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'displayValue') Error! The action UXR_INTERNAL#MODAL_CLOSED payload is invalid, can't proceed further. The error traces back to a UX Macroponent Definition named "Release Scope SNC", which contains an inline client transform script responsible for generating the modal payload when the Add action is triggered. The script attempts to reference a displayValue during payload evaluation, which causes the modal initialization to fail and prevents navigation from occurring.
