This can occur in the following ways: A field on the Change Task form references the parent Change Request's sys_class_name via dot-walking. If this field is editable, saving the Change Task can unintentionally modify the parent Change Request's Task type, causing it to be reclassified to the IMAC table.The Task type column is added to a Change Request list view. If inline editing is enabled, users can accidentally change the sys_class_name value by clicking on the cell and selecting "IMAC" from the dropdown.A user or integration directly modifies the sys_class_name field on the Change Request record.
