Beginning in this release, the workspace uses a new vertical navigation model (vertical page view/record navigation). With this change, custom related lists are no longer rendered based solely on the traditional view configuration (sys_ui_related_list). They must also be explicitly added as Related List entries within the Engagement group of the Vertical View Configuration (sn_rec_pg_vertical_view_config) in order to appear in the UI. Existing custom related lists configured before this version may no longer display after upgrading until this additional configuration step is completed. This is a configuration change introduced with the new workspace architecture and is not a product defect. Step 2 — Add the related list to the Vertical View Configuration Navigate to Vendor Risk Management > Administration and locate the Vertical View Configuration (sn_rec_pg_vertical_view_config) for the Vendor Management Workspace Engagement record.Open the configuration record and select the relevant table.In the related list, locate and open the Engagement group (sn_rec_pg_vertical_view_group).In the Group Entries section, click New and configure the entry: Set the Type to Related ListSelect the desired related list from the dropdown Save the record.
